Prayer This Week

Marriage is work. It is a learning process. It is a worthwhile endeavor.
One very important cement that binds two people together is communication.
The most important part of communication is listening.

Praying works that way. As we talk to God about the problem we may have a tendency to tell Him what we think He needs to do about it! The Bible teaches that our plans are not His plans! It is hard to learn to listen. God will speak when He knows He has our attention. One way this is displayed is through our humility. Ask Him to help us have a humble heart and a listening ear. We will be amazed at what He will joyfully tell us.
