Prayer This Week

They looked with awe, at the new born baby, lying in a straw filled manger. Their hearts were filled with thanksgiving for all that God had done to bring them safely to shelter, just in time. Soon, the shepherds came to witness this miracle and give praise. When wise men came they brought gifts and worshipped the child. No one involved in this scene came asking for anything. They were thrilled to be able to come into the presence of the baby King and worship.
Do our prayers become centered on our ideas of what we think we need or is the central theme worship? A prayer time filled with worship and adoration blesses the unlimited heart of God.
